Dr. Johnston attended Dartmouth Medical school in Hanover, New Hampshire. He completed Urology residency at Georgia Health Science University in Augusta, Georgia. He completed Pediatric Urology fellowship at LeBonheur Children's Hospital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
